Rescue Edit LLC acknowledges that any documents submitted via electronic mail, the body of message and any accompanying documents and/or via standard mail delivered by the Postal Service contain information belonging to the sender which may be confidential and legally privileged. This information is only for the use of Rescue Edit LLC to which it was intended. We accept that any disclosure, copying, distribution, or action was taken in reliance on the contents of the information contained in senders’ messaging and any accompanying documents is strictly prohibited (electronic or standard mail).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT:
Rescue Edit LLC recognizes that the documents that our Company receives when we are contracted to provide our services is the Intellectual Property of our Client and is protected by copyright laws, and will not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast, or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express prior written permission of our Client. Our Client refers to individuals, students, academics, authors, institutions, and corporations.
RESCUE EDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
I (Client) agree to pay RESCUE EDIT, (Vendor) for any/all editing/proofreading work performed on my behalf or that of my company's behalf.
I agree that Rescue Edit. has the right to charge my credit card on file with them and email the approved and completed project to me. I understand and agree that I will be invoiced for work performed by RESCUE EDIT prior to charging my credit card and releasing the project to me.
Rescue Edit has a no refund, no cancellation policy. Once an order is placed or uploaded, the client is responsible for paying the full amount of the order.
Terms & Conditions for Turnaround Time:
Turnaround times are based on business days.
Submissions’ turnaround time is based on Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday. Any project/document(s) submitted/uploaded after 6 pm, Monday-Thursday, will begin the review process the next business day. Friday submissions after 4 pm will not be processed until Monday. Any files uploaded over the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
Client" agrees and understands that checking the box to agree to Terms and Conditions, or Terms of Service (TOS), binds Client to the Terms of Service (TOS) listed here. RESCUE EDIT holds the right to change or modify this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement on occasion. Any modifications or changes made will appear on the www.rescueedit.com website.
Entire Agreement; Amendment:
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties. This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.

SSL means "Secure Socket Layer." You will note when you receive your automated emails concerning the completion of your files that the documents are encrypted. This is automatically done by our server for your protection.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is also transmitted via SSL technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be stored upon your consent for further/future transactions.
Can I view and edit my personal information?
Yes. You can log into your account, view any files, and edit your personal information at any time. The account belongs to YOU, and you have every right to edit your personal information. You may also change your email address or password at any time.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
